Where the data comes from
SAM.gov (GSA), Grants.gov (HHS) and the NYC City Record.
Where does the data come from?
SAM.gov contract opportunities (General Services Administration), Grants.gov (Department of Health and Human Services) and New York City's City Record (Mayor's Office of Contract Services). All are public notices.
What counts as new?
A notice we haven't seen before in the source. Amendments to a bid you already got aren't sent again. When a presolicitation becomes an open solicitation, or a grant forecast is officially posted, you get it once more.
Which notices are included?
Solicitations, combined synopsis/solicitations, presolicitations and sources sought from SAM.gov; posted and forecast grants from Grants.gov; and New York City procurement solicitations. Award notices and sole-source justifications are left out.
How does the state filter work?
Bids match on place of performance. If a notice doesn't give one, we use the contracting office's state. Defense Logistics Agency spare-parts notices name no place, so they go only to nationwide alerts. Federal grants are open nationwide; filter them by who can apply.
Do you cover state and city bids?
New York City, for now. Most state and city portals don't publish a feed we're allowed to reuse.
Daily or weekly?
Your choice. Daily: every weekday morning when something new matches. Weekly: every Monday, the whole week in one email.
Can I change my filters?
Yes. Reply to any email with the topics, states or applicant types you want.
Can I use the data for screening or credit decisions?
No. We aren't a consumer reporting agency, and the data can't be used for credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the customer portal link in every email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
